* Please note that due to the popularity of this event some accommodation may be off-site. Delegates will be informed on confirmation of booking if they have been allocated off-site accomodation. Transportation between the conference venue and accomodation will be provided.

Payment Information

Please note that all delegates will be invoiced. Payment is by cheque, BACS/bank transfer or credit card. Full payment instructions will be included on the invoice. (Please note that credit card transactions are via PayPal and incur a 5% surcharge).

Terms & Conditions

Please note that this booking form is your contract with UKCGE. We require payment within 30 days of the issue of the invoice. Cancellations can be made in writing up to four weeks before the event. In this instance we will make a refund minus an administration charge of £30 per invoice. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any monies after this date and the outstanding delegate fee must be paid in full by the Institution that has made the booking. In the occurrence of an individual being unable to attend, name changes are permissible by arrangement with the UKCGE events officer.
