UKCGE’s annual Summer Conference at the University of Leicester will explore the future of Graduate Education in the UK and beyond – from the E-learning perspective and also with a critical review of digital developments in the PGR / PGT arena. Plenaries will focus on E-learning in UK HEIs and its relationship with the diversity agenda, the future of the PhD, plus the impact of digital innovations on IPR, legal and ethical issues. Two parallel streams will explore e-management issues and the key digital innovations currently shaping the PG student environment – including the multinational challenge of research and multi-centre research supervision in the digital arts. The Summer Conference aims to chart future perspectives on digitally driven developments in graduate education over the next decade.
